I have had several loans fund with Assurity. They have mainly been FHA loans that had been turned down everywhere else. Assurity manually underwrites 65% of their FHA files. The only down side right now is that due to the high volume of new loans (they get 40-50 new loans EVERY DAY), their turn time for approvals is pretty long, but once you get the approval, they sign off on conditions pretty fast!!!
