Would definitely recommend!

Loan Works bought out the mortage to my home a few years ago when I was with my past lender. My last lending experience was a disaster with my bank not crediting my payments to my account in a timely manner. With Loanworks, I found them to be extremely helpful, courteous and proactive in making sure my account was taken care of. Most companies wait for you to slip so that they can charge you fees; however, loanworks seemed to do all of the legwork for me. I thought they had great rates with great customer service. I would definitely recommend them to anyone interested in pursuing a new mortgage!

Overall, I have been extremely impressed with Loanworks. Their application process was so simple and they were polite and honest up front. Great rates, no hidden fees or charges that took hours to explain. Their customer support team representatives were friendly and informative. I had checked out some of the bigger names in the mortgage industry, but I couldn’t get the same rates without losing some of the customer service I could get from a smaller lender. I’m not sure how, but their rates are equally as aggressive than any other company out there. I recommended them to some friends (one with extremely bad credit, and they were able to get him rolling as well. I would definitely consider using them again. I have no complaints and would highly recommend them.

A fast approval, but don’t expect much after that.

I’ve been in the real estate business for the past few years and I have used Loanworks for purchasing and refinancing. What I did like about Loanworks is that they can get you a quick approval for you or your clients; however, after that and once they lock you in, I felt that their customer service was lacking in a big way. Once you submit your paperwork, I felt like I just became a number. They were lacking in response time, turn around time and as well as in a proper attitude.

The last home I refinanced with one of my clients took almost three months. They kept losing paperwork and were missing signatures even after we had submitted and resubmitted them. I’d advise working with Loanworks Mortgage and that you shop around. My experience is not one I’d wish for others to repeat.
