Very Considerate

Although we have fell behind, Suntrust Mortgage has been very considerate when speaking to me. They have not used any high pressure tactics

Can't Reps Make a Decision?

I've rated their service as poor because the phone representatives are not decision-makers. They cannot broker a deal that will get the company's money and bring me back into current status. It's as if they are reading from a script and regardless of your offer, they return to the script, giving you the same mantra over and over. It's truly unfortunate that Suntrust gives these people so little authority. I'm certain that MANY foreclosures would be avoided if the customer service reps could actually make a decision.

Suntrust is a solid lender to work with. In fact, they were rated number the highest in customer satisfaction ratings by J.D. Power.
