 Always Threatening |
US Bank claims to want to help you but they threaten more than they help. They threaten to take you to court and will only help renegotiate or defer payments after you are over 90 days late. They also, continue to report to credit agencies a past due though you may be paying on time through the modification. |
 Not Very Helpful |
I have been reading a lot of articles on foreclosures and I am convinced that US Bank is one of the lenders that make money rather the property is occupied or not. The only questions they answer is how much you owe and where to send the check. |
 Customer Service can be Difficult |
I don't have that much interaction with US Bank, but I haven't been overly impressed with their customer service during the few times I have called them. I do my local banking with Washington Mutual and they're reps are 10x friendlier. |
